Ingredients

Step 1 :

At first, peel the potatoes and boil them. Then mash the boiled potatoes.

Step 2 :

Heat the semolina in a fry pan carefully so that it doesn't burn. Then cool it and make a fine paste of with the help of some water.

Step 3 :

In a mixing bowl, take the semolina paste, the mashed potatoes and atta.

Step 4 :

Then add red chili powder, salt, chopped green chilies, roasted jeera powder, chopped coriander leaves.

Step 5 :

Mix the ingredients and make a dough.

Step 6 :

Make small puris from the dough.

Step 7 :

Deep fry the puris and then serve hot with tomato ketchup.
