Step 1 :

Take the flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt ,soda & curd and mix everything.

Step 2 :

Then add water slowly in order to make a dough. Then keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Step 3 :

Cut onion, tomato, capsicums, chilli and coriander for pizza toppings.

Step 4 :

After 30 mins, take out the dough and divide in to 4 equal portions.

Step 5 :

If you have microwave then pre-heat the same. if you want to do it in kadhai then put 500 gm salt in it and keep a ring or bowl in the middle to support the baking vessel. Pre-heat it.

Step 6 :

Take the baking vessel and apply coating of butter inside the same. Then place one portion of the dough in it. Try to spread the dough evenly throughout the vessel. Then make some holes in it so that it bakes properly.

Step 7 :

Apply one coat of tomato ketchup & red chilli sauce on the dough (you can use any sauces of your choice).

Step 8 :

Put Mozzarella cheese on it. Then place all the toppings over it and also sprinkle oregano.

Step 9 :

Add a little bit butter on it and put it inside the microwave or kadhai. If you are doing in kadhai then close it with a lid.

Step 10 :

Bake it for 5-8 mins in microwave or 15-20 minutes in kadhai.
