Carrot halwa is a very famous dessert for any Indian occasion. It is stuffed with sweet kachori.

Step 1 :
Take atta, suji, salt & 1 tbsp sugar in a mixing bowl. Add a little water and make a hard dough of it. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2 :
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add grated carrots and fry it for few minutes.
Step 3 :
Add condensed milk, cardamom powder, cashew nuts, raisins and mix it well. Cover it and cook in medium flame. Switch off the flame when the mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan.
Step 4 :
Carrot halwa is ready now.
Step 5 :
Take small portion of the dough, roll it and make a round shape. Put 2 tbsp carrot halwa in it and wrap it well. Roll it carefully again and make small pooris.
Step 6 :
Heat some ghee and deep fry the kachoris. Once it's done, take out the kachoris from the pan and keep them on a tissue paper to remove the excess oil.
Step 7 :
Make sugar syrup with the ratio of 1:1 sugar & water.
Step 8 :
Dip the kachoris in the syrup for 3 to 4 minutes & then take them out. But do not add them in the boiling syrup. Your delicious meal is ready now.
