Step 1 :

Grind chick peas, olive oil, tahini, lime juice, and garlic in a grinder until smooth for about 2 minutes.

Step 2 :

Season with salt and pepper to taste, add cumin and avocados and grind the mixture until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes longer.

Step 3 :

Serve topped with olive oil if desired and sprinkle with coriander leaves and red pepper flakes.

Step 4 :

Serve with pita bread or tortilla chips.
