Step 1 : For the brownies
In a double boiler, add 1cup chocolate and butter and let it melt.
Step 2 :
To it, add 1/2 cup sugar and add 1 cup curd.
Step 3 :
Sieve maida, cocoa powder and baking soda and add it to the chocolate mix.
Step 4 :
Add this brownie batter into a greased baking tin and bake it at 160° C for 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 5 :
Take a sizzling plate, heat it on high flame place and the brownies in it.
Step 6 :
Add 2-3 scoops of ice cream and chocolate syrup for the sizzle. Serve it hot.
