Cheesy and gooey on the inside and crispy on the outside. Rajma beans are rich in magnesium, complex carb and powerhouse of protein is a great addition to your child's meal.

Step 1 :

In a bowl, add 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato, cooked rajma, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tbsp corn flour. Mash well.

Step 2 :

Then, add 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs. Mix well.

Step 3 :

Take a portion of potato mixture.

Step 4 :

Gently press it.

Step 5 :

Fill in 1 tbsp of cheese mixture.

Step 6 :

Fold and roll into round balls.

Step 7 :

Coat it with 2 tsp bread crumbs.

Step 8 :

Heat oil for frying in a pan.

Step 9 :

Deep fry till golden brown.

Step 10 :

Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
