Soups are one of best option to start a meal. This chickpea protein soup provides a good combination of high protein, fibre and vitamins. It provides a healthy yet nutritious liquid meal option.

Step 1 :

In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and sauté till golden brown.

Step 2 :

Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp diced sweet potato, boiled chole and water.

Step 3 :

Mix and add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4 :

Transfer into a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.

Step 5 :

Garnish with boiled moong and serve.
