Step 1 :

In a bowl, add cooked rice, 1/2 tbsp besan, 1/2 tbsp curd, palak puree, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1/8 tsp salt.

Step 2 :

Mix all the ingredients well.

Step 3 :

In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil. Spread the batter. Cover and cook until both sides are done.

Step 4 :

Serve hot.
