Kids will not be able to resist this zucchini sago paratha, as it delivers them with energy and their daily intake of dietary fiber, and protein. A great way to sneak nutritious vegetables into a fussy kid's snack.

Step 1 :

Soak and mash 2 tsp sabudana and keep aside.

Step 2 : For the dough

In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, mashed sabudana, and 2 tsp grated zucchini.

Step 3 :

Then, add 1/4th tsp each of salt, jeera powder and green chilly paste.

Step 4 :

Add sufficient water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.

Step 5 :

Roll the dough ball into a paratha using a rolling pin.

Step 6 :

Roast both sides of the paratha thoroughly on a heated tawa, with 1 tsp ghee.

Step 7 :

Serve hot.
