Cook 1 tbsp rice with 1/4th tsp salt.

Step 2 :

Place 1 medium cucumber and remove the seeds with a spoon.

Step 3 :

Add cooked rice, 1/4th cup julienned carrot and 1/8th cup julienned capsicum.

Step 4 :

Cut into pieces and serve chilled.
