Step 1 : For the curd

In a bowl, beat 1/4th cup curd.

Step 2 :

Add 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/4th cup chopped pineapple, 1/4th tsp amchur powder and mix well.

Step 3 :

Keep aside.

Step 4 : For the tadka

Heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.

Step 5 : For the raita

In the bowl of dahi, add the tadka and mix well.

Step 6 :

Serve with any dish of your choice.
