Step 1 :

Blanch and mash 1 cup fresh peas and keep aside.

Step 2 :

Take a kadhai and heat 1 tbsp ghee in it.

Step 3 :

Add mashed green peas and sauté till the moisture dries out.

Step 4 :

Add 1/2 cup coconut milk. Stir and mix till coconut milk thickens.

Step 5 :

Once the mixture thickens, add 1.5 tbsp khoa, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp chopped almond, 1 tsp chopped pista, 1 tsp chopped cashew nut and mix well.

Step 6 :

Finally add 1/8th tsp green cardamom powder and stir.

Step 7 :

Serve hot.
