Pumpkin is a plump, nutritious orange colored squash rich in Vitamin A and other vitamins and minerals. Pumpkin blends well with coconut milk spreads beautiful aroma.

Step 1 :

Heat ghee in a kadai, add the grated 1 cup grated pumpkin and cook till the water evaporates.

Step 2 :

Add 1/2 tbsp ghee, add the 1 tsp chopped cashewnut, 1 tbsp chopped pista, 1 tbsp chopped almonds and 1/2 tbsp raisins and roast them well.

Step 3 :

Add 1/2 cup coconut milk and mix it properly.

Step 4 :

Add 1.5 tbsp sugar and stir.

Step 5 :

Sprinkle the 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, mix well.

Step 6 :

Simmer, cover and allow it to cook.

Step 7 :

Serve hot.
