Jeera Sweet Potato Kulcha With Ghee

A perfect way to add those sweet potato without kids noticing. It is rich fiber and potassium.

Step 1 :

Crush 1/2 tsp jeera.

Step 2 : For the filling

In a bowl, add 2 tbsp mashed sweet potato, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp crushed jeera, 1/4th chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 3 : For the kulcha

In a bowl, take 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp milk and 1/8 tsp salt.

Step 4 :

Knead it into a soft dough.

Step 5 :

Rest the dough for sometime.

Step 6 :

Roll the dough and fill the stuffing into the rolled dough.

Step 7 :

Fold and seal it.

Step 8 :

Roll it into a kulcha.

Step 9 :

Place the kulcha over a pan.

Step 10 :

Roast both the sides of the kulcha with 1 tsp ghee.
