Cooking Steps

Step 1 : For the kulcha dough

Take 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp curd, 1.5 tbsp milk, 1/8th tsp salt, knead into soft dough and keep it aside.

Step 2 : For the filling

In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated zucchini, 1 tbsp schezwan chutney and mix it well.

Step 3 : For the kulcha

Roll the dough and fill the stuffing in the kulcha.

Step 4 :

Fold and seal the edges.

Step 5 :

Flatten the kulcha and apply water on base.

Step 6 :

Transfer to a hot tawa and add 1 tsp ghee on top.

Step 7 :

Roast the kulcha well on both the sides.

Step 8 :

Serve hot.
