This is easy, healthy yet tasty recipe to have for evening snacks.

Step 1 :

Boil the sweet potatoes in a pressure cooker with a cup of water.

Step 2 :

Once cooled, remove the skin of the sweet potatoes and mash it.

Step 3 :

Take a large bowl, add oats, rice flour, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder, finely chopped green chilly, finely chopped coriander leaves, salt and pudina powder and mix well.

Step 4 :

Divide the dough into balls.

Step 5 :

Make flat patties of medium thickness.

Step 6 :

Coat them with poppy seeds.

Step 7 :

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlet from both the sides. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
