A cooking without fire dessert recipe that is made from coconut, paneer, and petha to celebrate Independence Day in a unique way.

Step 1 :

Mix grated coconut, paneer and petha. Make a dough like mixture from it.

Step 2 :

Divide it into three equal parts.

Step 3 :

Add orange colour to one portion, green to the other portion and let the third portion remain the same.

Step 4 :

With the help of cookie cutter of any shape, make a stack of each colour and garnish with dry fruits and silver paper.

Step 5 :

Refrigerate it for 30 minutes to let it set and serve.
