Freshly baked bread is delicious and comforting. The French bread Brioche, can be prepared like a regular loaf of bread or it can be moulded into the ring. This bread is stuffed with vegetables and cheese, it is also soft and has a flaky crust.

Step 1 :
Pour the flour, form a hole and pour some water.
Step 2 :
Dissolve the yeast to activate it and add oil, milk and sugar.
Step 3 :
Mix it well and add salt.
Step 4 :
Stir until a dough is obtained and keep in a bowl covered. Ensure to keep it in a warm place for 45 minutes or until it doubles in the volume.
Step 5 :
Meanwhile heat oil, add garlic and onion, saute it for 2-3 minutes and add chopped zucchini, chopped red and yellow bell pepper, chopped baby corn and chopped black olives. Saute for again 2-3 minutes.
Step 6 :
Add mixed herbs, chilli flakes, black pepper, paneer cubes and the Britannia cheezza cubes. Let it cool and add extra cheese and mix well.
Step 7 :
Now take out the dough and roll out, cut in the middle and spread some Arrabbiata sauce evenly on the bread.
Step 8 :
Stuff it with the prepared filling. Brush it with milk and top with rolled oats. Bake it at 200°C for about 30-40 minutes. Serve the Brioche hot.
