This Blueberry Cheesecake recipe just melts in the mouth and is very simple to make.

Step 1 :

Mix the melted butter with crushed biscuits and add it to the cake tin.

Step 2 :

Place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes for it to set.

Step 3 :

Whip the whipping cream and cream cheese until you see soft peaks.

Step 4 :

Add powdered sugar as per required sweetness. Add the dissolved gelatine to the whipped mixture.

Step 5 :

You can add blue berries to the whipped mixture, this is optional.

Step 6 :

Pour the mixture over the crust and set it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Step 7 :

After an hour pour the blueberry filling on the top and chill the cheese cake for another 4-5 hours.

Step 8 :

Demould the cake once fully set and serve it cold.
