Cheesy Poppers is made from mashed potatoes and cheese. It is a delicious snack treat to your taste buds.

Step 1 :

Make a dough by mixing mashed boiled potatoes, paneer, crushed green chilies and salt together.

Step 2 :

Then, make small proportions of the dough and make small balls using your palms.

Step 3 :

Press it a little and place a Britannia cheese cube. Cover the cheese cube with another dough ball and seal it. Dust with corn flour and roll it.

Step 4 :

Heat oil in a pan over high flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, fry the cheese balls till they are golden brown.

Step 5 :

Once they are done, transfer them in a serving bowl. Serve it hot with mustard sauce.
