Immunity is essential to stay strong and fit to sustain a healthy life. This recipe contains goodness of dry fruits and no sugar added thus making it fit for all.

Step 1 :

Coarsely chop all dry fruits (almond, cashew, walnut) and roast it in ghee.

Step 2 :

Crush fig, dates and raisins in mixer and add it to the roasted dry fruits.

Step 3 :

Add milk powder and dry coconut powder and stir for a while.

Step 4 :

Once mixed and cooked well for 5 minutes, cool it and add cardamom powder.

Step 5 :

Make small ladoos from the mixture and serve.
