This no bake, guilt-free dessert is very delicious and healthy because it is made without added sugar and is not a complicated process! These healthy tarts are fat-free, dairy-free, vegan and gluten-free which can keep you fresh and energetic throughout the day.

Step 1 :

In a food processor add dates, almonds, walnuts, 1 tbsp cocoa powder and pink salt. Process until fine crumbles form.

Step 2 :

Now, add 1/2 tbsp water to get a slightly sticky dough. Blend until it sticks together to form a big sticky ball.

Step 3 :

To make the tart shell, break off the pieces and in mini muffin cups press the dough into the middle to form a cup shape.

Step 4 :

Now, freeze the muffin at least for 30 minutes.

Step 5 :

Blend the frozen banana pieces with 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and vanilla essence in a food processor right before serving.

Step 6 :

Fill the tart shell with the cream, garnish it with your favorite berries,pomegranate or mint. And serve immediately.
