Step 3 :

In a bowl, add milk, rose syrup and condensed milk. Mix well until it combines.

Step 4 :

Take a bowl, spread the biscuit mixture at the bottom, top it with the milk mixture.

Step 5 :

Garnish it with mango slices. The sweetness of the dish can be adjusted by reducing or adding condensed milk.
