This is a seasonal tasty recipe that can be made easily without much of a hassle.

Step 1 :

Put milk to boil in a heavy bottom kadhai.

Step 2 :

Keep stirring it in between for about an hour and half till the milk is reduced to 1/3rd.

Step 3 :

Add sugar, soaked saffron strands and crushed cardamom to it.

Step 4 :

Cool it for half an hour in the freezer. In the meantime cut mango into slices and the rest cut into cubes.

Step 5 :

Serve the chilled rabdi by lining it with mango cubes at bottom, then add Rabdi and top it with mango slices.

Step 6 :

You can also freeze the leftover rabdi into the mango by scooping the seed out of it, filling with rabdi in and serving it as kulfi.
