Mango Chia Seeds Pudding

This recipe of chia seeds and almonds along with mango can be had for dessert as well as breakfast. It is a healthy yet tasty dish.

Step 1 :

Soak chia seeds in milk with 1 tbsp of sugar for an hour.

Step 2 :

Prepare the almond praline by chopping peeled almonds finely.

Step 3 :

Take a non-stick pan, add chopped almonds and 1 tbsp sugar to it till the sugar gets caramelized.

Step 4 :

Chop cubes of mango from both sides and puree the rest.

Step 5 :

To assemble, add mango puree to a glass, add some saffron strands and few mango cubes.

Step 6 :

Layer it with well stirred soaked chia seed mixture. Again, layer it with cubed mango pieces.

Step 7 :

Top it with almond praline and serve cold.
