Step 1 :

Clean and pluck mint leaves from the stem.

Step 2 :

In a blender, squeeze both the lemons, add mint leaves, sugar, salt, chat masala, soaked chia seeds and ice cubes.

Step 3 :

Blend it together for a minute and strain the juice in a glass. If needed use a strainer.

Step 4 :

Garnish it with a lemon wedge and mint leaves. Serve cold.
