Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Take maida, rava, carom seeds, onion seeds, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Step 2 :

Mix well and add clarified butter to make a stiff dough.

Step 3 :

Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep it aside for 15 minutes, divide the dough into small pieces.

Step 4 :

Roll out the dough into 1/8 cm thin discs. Fold it into half and again fold to make it into a triangle.

Step 5 :

Heat the oil in a non stick pan and deep fry the pieces on a slow flame till golden brown.

Step 6 :

Serve it hot with tea.
