Step 1 :

Heat a pan and roast the oats till they become crispy and keep them aside.

Step 2 :

In the same pan put oil and then add curry leaves.

Step 3 :

Add the dry fruits and fry it along with roasted oats, turmeric powder till it turns crisp.

Step 4 :

Add the oats along with the dry fruits in a mixing bowl.

Step 5 :

Add the rest of the ingredients in it and mix well.

Step 6 :

Give it a last toss and serve.
