Shakshuka is a classic Middle Eastern Dish, which is made with eggs, tomatoes and onion. It can be a perfect brunch recipe.

Step 1 :

Take a pan and pour olive oil in it.

Step 2 :

Add chopped onions, few spring onions and saute for a minute.

Step 3 :

Now, add green chillies and chopped tomatoes.

Step 4 :

Sprinkle dry garlic powder over it.

Step 5 :

Add in ginger garlic paste and saute again for a minute.

Step 6 :

To season the dish, add salt, red chili powder and roasted cumin powder.

Step 7 :

Mix it well for the flavours to blend, now break eggs in a bowl and then add it to the gravy or you can directly break it in the pan. Ensure the yolks doesn't break.

Step 8 :

Cover the pan and let the eggs poach for 10- 15 minutes on a medium flame, don't let the gravy to burn.

Step 9 :

Your perfect brunch recipe is ready, enjoy the delicious Shakshuka with pita bread.
