Step 1 :

In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, 2 tbsp clarified butter, curd and carom seeds. Make a soft dough using water.

Step 2 :

Keep it aside for 30 minutes and knead the dough again.

Step 3 :

Divide the dough into four parts and roll out a thin chapati.

Step 4 :

Heat a pan and make four chapatis.

Step 5 :

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add asafoetida and cumin seeds to crackle.

Step 6 :

Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.

Step 7 :

Add matar, green chilly, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and saute for 4-5 minutes.

Step 8 :

Once cooled, grind to make a coarse paste. Add salt and mix well. Now the matar stuffing is ready.

Step 9 :

Wash, chop and grate the carrot. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.

Step 10 :

Add 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.

Step 11 :

Add grated carrot, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and saute it for 4-5 minutes. The carrot stuffing is ready.

Step 12 :

Take a chapati and stuff it with the matar filling and cover it with another chapati.

Step 13 :

Spread grated cheese and cover it with another chapati.

Step 14 :

Add the carrot filling and cover it with another chapati.

Step 15 :

Grease the pan with clarified butter and place the stuffed chapati, applying butter on both sides. Cook on a low flame till crisp. Serve hot.
