Homemade Chocolates

This recipe of homemade chocolates is prepared from compound chocolate.

Step 1 :

In a vessel add water and bring it to a boil.

Step 2 :

Take a bowl that fits into the vessel and set it aside.

Step 3 :

Grate dark chocolate and milk chocolate separately in two different bowls.

Step 4 :

Using double boiling method melt the chocolates separately.

Step 5 :

Ensure while melting the chocolates there are no lumps.

Step 6 :

In the moulds apply refined oil, allow it to set and pour the melted chocolate into the moulds.

Step 7 :

Add nuts and dry fruits as desired into each mould. Once again layer the mould with chocolate and dry fruits and nuts.

Step 8 :

You can alternate milk chocolate and dark chocolate as desired.

Step 9 :

Tap the tray well and then place in fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 10 :

Once set, demould it in a steel plate and wrap each chocolate in silver foil.

Step 11 :

Store it in the fridge once again and serve.
