This is a healthy dessert made from carrot and edible gum.

Step 1 :

Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the gaund and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Wash and chop carrot.

Step 3 :

Pressure cook the chopped carrot along with milk.

Step 4 :

When cooker releases the first whistle switch off the flame.

Step 5 :

Once it cools down, open the lid and stir continuously till it thickens.

Step 6 :

Switch on the flame and allow the mixture to simmer, when the mixture dries up, add mawa and fresh cream. Saute it for 4-5 minutes.

Step 7 :

Add sugar and mix well until it turns into a thick consistency.

Step 8 :

Add cardamom powder, gond and dry fruits to it, mix well to combine.

Step 9 :

Garnish it with almonds, cashew nuts and raisins.
