Step 1 :

Cook oats along with water in a vessel, on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2 :

Peel a banana, half an apple and a sapota in a blender jar.

Step 3 :

Now, add soaked walnuts, soaked almonds, flax seeds and protein powder to it.

Step 4 :

Add the cooked oats to it and grind the ingredients well to make a smoothie.

Step 5 :

Transfer it a bowl topped with honey, chia seeds and your favorite freshly chopped fruits and berries for added crunch and flavour.
