Try this healthy yet easy to make vegetable crepe that can be prepared in no time.

Step 1 :

In a large bowl, add maida, milk, grated cheese, finely chopped tomato, capsicum and carrot, salt, oregano and black pepper.

Step 2 :

Mix it well until well combined. The batter shouldn't be too thick nor too runny.

Step 3 :

Heat oil in a non stick pan.

Step 4 :

Pour a spoonful batter on the pan and drizzle one tsp oil over it.

Step 5 :

Flip it to the other side when it is cooked on one side.

Step 6 :

Serve it hot with tomato sauce and green chutney.
