This is a healthy Indian sweet recipe that is made out of mava and tastes delicious.

Step 1 :

Heat butter in a pan, deep fry the gaund and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Separately in another vessel, roast the mawa until brown.

Step 3 :

Heat sugar and water in a deep bottom pan.

Step 4 :

Cook it till the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens.

Step 5 :

Add gaund and mawa into it and mix well.

Step 6 :

Grease a plate and pour the mawa gaund mixture and spread it evenly.

Step 7 :

Once cooled, cut it in a diamond shape and garnish it with chopped almonds.
