This is a quick to make recipe of a ladoo. It is tasty and healthy at the same time.

Step 1 :

Take a pan, add raw peanuts and dry roast peanuts on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes. Allow it to cool and peel off the skin.

Step 2 :

Dry roast the sesame seeds till light golden in color and let it splutter on low to medium flame. Don't overcook, overcooking makes it bitter in taste. Allow it to cool.

Step 3 :

Remove the roasted sesame seeds from the pan and allow it to cool completely. Take a little portion of the roasted til and peanuts and keep it aside.

Step 4 :

Make a fine powder of the sesame seeds and roasted peanuts.

Step 5 :

In the same pan, add ghee and jaggery powder. Keep stirring until it melts.

Step 6 :

Add the peanut and sesame powder and crushed peanuts. Turn off the flame. Mix well and allow it to cool slightly for 1-2 minutes.

Step 7 :

Grease your palm with ghee. Take a small portion of the mixture and make ladoos. Take some til and sprinkle it on the ladoo to give it a final shape.
