Mocha Panna Cotta

It is an Italian dessert, made with thickened cream and gelatin mix. This recipe is made with coffee and chocolate mix to give it a mocha flavour.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Mix gelatin with water and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Pour a cup of milk into a vessel and bring it to boil, add coffee and stir it thoroughly.

Step 3 :

Add the prepared gelatin mix and melted chocolate, stir it constantly till it oozes out.

Step 4 :

Turn off the flame and mix the cup of cream, stir it well.

Step 5 :

Bring it to room temperature and then pour the mixture in molds.

Step 6 :

Then refrigerate the molds for around 2-3 hours.

Step 7 :

Take it out from the molds and set it in a serving plate. Garnish it with chocolate crumbs.
