Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Butter a 6 inch square pan and preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2 :

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add chocolate and allow it to melt, once done switch off the flame and let it cool.

Step 3 :

Take a bowl. Add jaggery and vigorously stir it until it smooth.

Step 4 :

Add milkmaid to the mixture and stir to combine.

Step 5 :

Add milk and vanilla essence to the mixture.

Step 6 :

Now sieve wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder in a separate bowl.

Step 7 :

Combine everything gently with a spoon or a spatula until smooth and lump free.

Step 8 :

Transfer the batter to the baking dish and pan gently to release any air bubbles. You can also top it with nuts if desired.

Step 9 :

Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

Step 10 :

Let the brownies cool completely before you cut into it.
