It is a tasty healthy soup that can be had in all seasons, especially during the winter.

Step 1 :

Heat a deep bottom pan on medium flame, add butter in it and allow it to melt.

Step 2 :

Add crushed ginger and saute it, add chopped capsicum and saute it for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3 :

Make a corn flour slurry with water and add it to the soup.

Step 4 :

Add 4 cups water to it, allow it to cook for around 5-7 minutes.

Step 5 :

Now, add lemon juice, salt and switch off the gas. Give it a good stir for the flavour to combine.

Step 6 :

Add chopped coriander leaves as per taste. The hot lemon coriander soup is ready to serve.
