This light and fluffy classic vanilla cake is perfect for any occassion.

Step 1 :

First, crack and beat the eggs in a bowl.

Step 2 :

Next, mix in the all-purpose flour, and fold it into the eggs.

Step 3 :

Then, add sugar, vanilla essence, and butter, along with the cashews, and baking powder and mix it well. Whisk the batter until smooth.

Step 4 :

Add oil to the batter and mix it well.

Step 5 :

Pour the prepared batter into a baking tin and place it inside a pressure cooker.

Step 6 :

Pressure cook the cake on low flame for 30-45 minutes, without the whistle.

Step 7 :

Once the cake is cooked, take it out and allow it to cool down completely for 1-2 hours. Then slice it and serve.
