This cake is a delectable combination of custard and gulab jamun.

Step 1 :

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Step 2 :

Then mix all the wet ingredients into it and make a smooth batter.

Step 3 :

Next, add some chopped gulab jamuns and mix it well into the batter.

Step 4 :

Line a cake tin with the butter paper and grease it with the butter. Pour in the prepared batter.

Step 5 :

Top it with gulab jamuns, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and saffron strands.

Step 6 :

Bake the cake in a cooker without the whistle for 35 minutes. After that, check it with the help of a toothpick whether it is perfectly baked or not.

Step 7 :

After that, take out the cake and let it sit for a while.

Step 8 :

Next, cut the cake into slices and serve.
