It is a delicious and mouth-watering curry dish that goes well with steamed rice and chapatis.

Step 1 :

First, open the canned tuna and remove the brine from the tuna flakes.

Step 2 :

Heat some oil in a pan and stir-fry the tuna flakes along with some salt and turmeric on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. Then, remove it from the flame and set it aside.

Step 3 :

Heat oil in the same pan, add dry red chilli followed by ginger-garlic paste and chopped onions. Fry the onions until it turns slightly golden brown.

Step 4 :

After that, add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli powder and cook the tomatoes for 5-6 minutes. Fry the masala until oil separates.

Step 5 :

After the oil separates, season with some salt and sugar. Add 1/2 cup of warm water followed by the fried tuna flakes and stir it well. Simmer for 6-7 minutes.

Step 6 :

After simmering the curry, add garam masala and a teaspoon of ghee. Mix it well. Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves and serve it with basmati rice.
