It is an easy yet appetising dish that goes well with rice and stir fried noodles. It can also be enjoyed with chapatis.

Step 1 :

Open the tuna tin and remove the brine.

Step 2 :

Heat 1 tsp of oil in a fry pan. Add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter. Next, add finely chopped onions. Stir and fry it until golden brown on medium heat.

Step 3 :

Next, add slit green chillies and saute it for a minute. Then, add red chili powder, turmeric powder and a pinch of dry mango powder. Follow it by some salt to taste. Mix it well and fry the masala for a minute.

Step 4 :

Add the chopped tomatoes and fry it until tender. Next, add the canned tuna flakes and mash it along while mixing it with the masala. Cook it for 4-5 minutes until oil separates. Then remove it from the flame and serve.
