Step 1 :

Place the potato into a small pot and bring it to a boil over high heat, reduce the heat and cover until tender. Drain and allow the steam to escape, dry it for a minute or two then mash the potato.

Step 2 :

Mix the tasty nibble tuna, whisked egg, chopped onion, mustard, minced garlic, salt, pepper into the mashed potato until well blended.

Step 3 :

Divide the tuna mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

Step 4 :

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, pan fry the tuna patties until browned and crisp, cook on each side.
