This recipe is an all time favourite. It can be relished during breakfast and as a starter! It's less time consuming and gives a 100% positive outcome, when it comes to satisfying hunger. Cheers!!

Step 1 :

Take paneer in a bowl and add chopped coriander, salt and pepper to it.

Step 2 :

Mash it all together and keep it aside. Take Britannia cheese slices and divide each slice into 2 halves.

Step 3 :

Cut the crust of 10 bread slices. Dip a slice in water for a second and squeeze it with your palm to drain excess water from it. Place the cheese slice on the bread and add 1 spoon of paneer.

Step 4 :

Shape it into a roll, closing the open ends and then roll it in rava. Repeat the same steps for the remaining slices.

Step 5 :

Heat the oil in a pan and fry it, till it turns golden brown. The cheese burst rolls are ready to serve hot!!
