It is a very healthy yet tasty recipe for kids. For healthy option I have used beetroot & spinach paste for colour.

Step 1 :

Make a dough of flour, pinch of salt, ghee & hot water as required.

Step 2 :

Make 3 portions of the dough & mix beetroot paste in one, spinach paste in another & leave the other portion as it is.

Step 3 :

Now, roll all the rotis first. Then arrange the rotis one after another, slightly roll it with the help of rolling pin.

Step 4 :

Then fold it and cut small pieces.

Step 5 :

Now roll the pieces and make small pooris.

Step 6 :

Heat enough oil in a kadhai and deep fry it.

Step 7 :

For aloo sabji boil potato first.

Step 8 :

Heat 1 tspn oil, add green chilli, dry red chilli, panchforon seeds & let it crackle.

Step 9 :

Now add boiled, chopped potato.

Step 10 :

Add turmeric powder, salt & a cup of hot water.

Step 11 :

Cover it & cook it for few minutes. Healthy, tasty poori bhaji is ready to serve.
