Containing the goodness of milk, nuts, fruity pulp etc., this firni is a perfect go-to for get-togethers, kitty parties, festive delicacies, and lot more. Step 1 :

Boil milk in a pan.

Step 2 :

Add soaked rice and sago in the pan while the milk is boiling.

Step 3 :

Grate jaggery and add it in the pan just before turning off the flame.

Step 4 :

Stir till the jaggery mixes well with the rice and milk. The firni is almost, ready keep it aside.

Step 5 :

Take another frying pan and fry the nuts and dry fruits in ghee.

Step 6 :

Add the tutti fruities, nuts and dry fruits to the firni and mix gently.

Step 7 :

Shift the firni to a serving bowl and relish this healthy and tasty treat.
