It is a delicious dish made with cottage cheese.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a bowl, add maida, 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil, along with 1/2 cup water and knead it into a smooth dough.

Step 2 :

In a non-stick frying pan, heat 4 tbsp oil. Add 1/2 tbsp roasted jeera powder and 1/2 tbsp roasted coriander powder.

Step 3 :

Add onion slices and fry till it becomes brown. Then add sliced green chilies.

Step 4 :

Add boiled mashed potatoes and the paneer pieces along with 1tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder to it and mix it well. Then add coriander leaves.

Step 5 :

Transfer the mixture in a bowl. Divide the mixture into 3 equal portions.

Step 6 :

Roll out each portion into circles (rotis) having a 5" diameter.

Step 7 :

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Place a roti in it and allow it to cook.

Step 8 :

When one side of the roti cooks, add one portion of the prepared potato paneer stuffing on one end and roll the roti.

Step 9 :

Repeat the same steps for the other two rotis. Then garnish it with grated cheese.
