This recipe is finger licking delicious and full of nutrition as well. It is very easy and quick to prepare with a handful of ingredients.

Step 1 :

Take atta in a bowl and make, pouring consistency batter by adding milk.

Step 2 :

Take a pan, add grated appple, jaggery and cinnamon powder. Cook it on medium heat while stirring.

Step 3 :

Then steam for about 2 minutes. Now your filling is ready for the chilla

Step 4 :

Heat a non stick or regular tawa smear some desi ghee over it and spread the batter to make a pancake. Cook it till golden brown.

Step 5 :

Put a spoonful of filling in the centre of the pancake.

Step 6 :

Make all the pancakes in the same way.

Step 7 :

Put the layers of honey and fruits in between of the pancakes or chilla. Serve it with fruit raita or fruit cream.
