This is an easy to make yet healthy dessert to have and prepare in this festive season.

Step 1 :

Grate 1 coconut and mix it well with coconut water or plain water untill you get a smooth consistency

Step 2 :

Squeeze the coconut liquid using a strainer extract 3 cups, if needed add some more water to extract more liquid

Step 3 :

Keep a deep bottom pan on the stove and boil the coconut milk for 5 minutes on medium flame, stirring occasionally.

Step 4 :

Add roasted seviyan and boil it for 7-8 minutes on low flame.

Step 5 :

Meanwhile roast dry fruits in ghee on another for 1 minute.

Step 6 :

Switch off the flame and let the seviyan kheer rest for 2 minutes.

Step 7 :

Now add honey into the seviyan and mix it well.

Step 8 :

Finally add the roasted dry fruits to it.

Step 9 :

Serve this kheer hot!
